Earlier today a Manhattan Jury determined that “Trump more likely than not sexually abused E. Jean Carroll.”
They did not find him liable for rape.
A Manhattan jury reached a verdict Tuesday in the case involving E. Jean Carroll’s civil lawsuit against former President Donald Trump. Carroll alleged that Trump sexually assaulted her in a department store dressing room in the 1990s.
The jury ruled that “Trump more likely than not sexually abused E. Jean Carroll” and determined that Trump defamed Carroll.
