The Supreme Court issued two major rulings defending the rights of Americans on Thursday.

The first allowed for Republicans in North Carolina to intervene and defend the voter id law.

The second out of New York defended the rights of Americans to carry firearms outside of their homes.

President Donald Trump responded by pointing out he appointed the justices that defended the Constitution.
