The Supreme Court is set to decide four more cases before the end of its term.
Some of those opinions will be released on Wednesday.
The cases left are – a Native American sovereignty case, state sovereign immunity, a ruling on the “Remain in Mexico” policy, and a climate change ruling.
Both the “remain in Mexico” and climate change ruling are considered major cases that will impact the agenda of Joe Biden.
