The Biden administration won’t like this.
According to a new report, an FEC probe was started to look into the suppression of the Hunter Biden laptop during the 2020 election.
Just The News attached a letter in their article seemingly confirming the probe.
The letter is dated March 29th, 2023.
It reads, “You will be notified as soon as the Federal Election Commission (FEC) takes final action on your complaint”
The Federal Election Commission began investigating whether Joe Biden’s 2020 campaign improperly colluded with Big Tech and intelligence experts to suppress accurate stories about Hunter Biden’s laptop weeks before ex-spy Michael Morell’s bombshell revelation that he worked with the campaign to organize a letter that falsely portrayed the laptop as a Russian intelligence dirty trick.
The FEC’s investigation was confirmed in a March 29 letter to Timothy Parlatore, a lawyer for former President Donald Trump who filed a complaint alleging the letter and Twitter’s and Facebook’s suppression of the laptop story in October 2020 amounted to an illegal “in-kind contribution” to Biden’s campaign.
“You will be notified as soon as the Federal Election Commission (FEC) takes final action on your complaint,” the federal election law regulator wrote Parlatore in the letter, which assigned his complaint an official Matter Under Review case number to open an investigation.
“Should you receive any additional information in this matter, please forward it to the Office of the General Counsel,” the agency added.
This investigation was before the bombshell revelation that the Biden administration prompted former acting CIA director Mike Morell to help Biden by getting signatures claiming the Hunter Biden laptop story was Russia disinformation.
Joe Biden’s presidential campaign prompted former acting CIA director Mike Morell to “help Biden” by organizing 50 colleagues to sign a letter in October 2020 falsely claiming that damning emails from Hunter Biden’s laptop published by The Post were Russian disinformation.
In private sworn testimony, Morell told the House Judiciary Committee that Antony Blinken, now Secretary of State, was the senior campaign official who reached out to him “on or before” Oct. 17, 2020, three days after The Post published an email from the laptop suggesting Hunter had introduced his Ukrainian business partner to his father, then vice-president Biden.
Morell, identified as a potential CIA director under Biden, said he organized the letter to “help Vice President Biden … because I wanted him to win the election.”
…
Over the next two days, Morell gathered signatures from 51 former intelligence officials, including himself and four other former CIA directors, including John Brennan and Leon Panetta.
Is the truth finally coming out?
