He is now calling for the case against him to be moved to Staten Island.
He also blasted the judge in the case.

ADDITIONALLY, THE HIGHLY PARTISAN JUDGE & HIS FAMILY ARE WELL KNOWN TRUMP HATERS. HE WAS AN UNFAIR DISASTER ON A PREVIOUS TRUMP RELATED CASE, WOULDN’T RECUSE, GAVE HORRIBLE JURY INSTRUCTIONS, & IMPOSSIBLE TO DEAL WITH DURING THE WITCH HUNT TRIAL. HIS DAUGHTER WORKED FOR “KAMALA” & NOW THE BIDEN-HARRIS CAMPAIGN. KANGAROO COURT!!!

The judge overseeing Trump’s arraignment previously presided of the case against Allen Weisselberg, the Trump Organization’s former CFO.
Juan Manuel Merchan, an Acting Justice of the New York State Supreme Court, has been chosen to preside over Trump’s arraignment – something that Trump is less than thrilled about.
Merchan previously presided over the case of Allen Weisselberg, the Trump Organization’s former CFO. Weisselberg ultimately pled guilty to tax fraud charges and is now serving time on Rikers Island.
The same judge also presided over the tax fraud trial that resulted in the Trump Organization being convicted on multiple charges of conspiracy and falsifying business records.
